Hi I’m Nicola . I am the founder of Unite Children’s Yoga. I have been practicing Yoga for over 12 years. In 2024 I trained as a Children's Yoga teacher. In January 2025 i completed my 200 hours Yoga teacher training. I have worked in childcare for over 14 years . Working in both nurseries and a Nanny. With my love of child development

With my love of child development and yoga I decided to set blend my two passions together and create Unite Children’s Yoga . At Unite Yoga we are dedicated to bringing the joy of yoga to children aged 2.5 to 18. Our unique approach combines movement, songs, and stories to create an engaging and fun atmosphere that fosters mindfulness and well-being.
Discover the joy of movement and mindfulness with our engaging yoga club exclusively for the children at Worsley Bridge Primary School. Starts 29th April 2025. 3.20pm until 4.20pm.
